A Dyna-Mimosa is simply my take on the classic brunch (and hangover recovery) beverage, the Mimosa. Traditionally, a Mimosa is just a mix of orange juice and champagne served in a champagne glass.

The Dyna-Mimosa is very similar except I use Trader Joe's top-selling drink Dynamo, which is basically a bottle of liquid vitamins with vegetable and fruit juices. Alone Dynamo is only tolerable at best, but mixed with champagne it actually tastes pretty good.

Recipe:

1/2 glass of Dynamo
1/2 glass of champagne (or sparkling white wine).

To make matters easier you can get both your bottle of Dynamo and champagne at Trader Joe's. Here are 2 brands that I've tried and like a lot.

Unlike the traditional Mimosa, the Dyna-Mimosa is both an alcoholic beverage and a recovery drink in one. Dynamo is full of B-vitamins, minerals, and other nutritional compounds. So in theory, the more Dyna-Mimosas you drink the more the vitamins and minerals will circulate throughout our system, and the faster you’ll recover.

Yes, I am joking!

As already mentioned the Dyna-Mimosa is a great concoction for a brunch with friends or family, but also for a light-hearted set of guests at a wedding reception, for entertaining guests in the home, at a work party, at birthdays, baby showers, and more. Served with goat cheese and crackers, guacamole and chips, white cheddar cheese popcorn, or other delicious appetizers from Trader Joe's, the Dyna-Mimosa can make any celebratory function even better.
